SOCKS

Shipping & Handling Costs are $2.50 for up to two (2) pairs of socks and $0.75 for each additional pair on all United States Orders, Minimum U. S. S&H Charge:  $2.50.  For International Orders, Shipping Costs are $4.00 for up to two (2) pairs of socks and $ 1.25 for each additional pair, Minimum Int'l S&H Charge:  $4.00  

VIDEOS -- VHS Tapes

Shipping & Handling Costs are $3.50 / Video on all United States Orders, For International Orders, Shipping Costs are $7.00 / Video.

 

DVD's

Shipping & Handling Costs are $2.00 / DVD on all United States Orders, For International Orders, Shipping Costs are $4.00 / DVD.

 

SHOES & BOOTS

Shipping & Handling Costs are $12.00 / Pair on all United States Orders, For International Orders, Shipping Costs are $25.00 / Pair.  ***In Some International Locations, Shipping Cost May Exceed $25.00***.  Large Pairs of Boots May Incur an Additional Fee.  Slippers Shipping & Handling is $8.00 / Pair -- U. S. and $15.00 / Pair -- International.

LARGE SIZE SPECIAL NOTE:   An extra $5.00 / Pair may be charged to shoes ordered in Sizes 13 or Larger on some shoe brands.

 

Alternate Shipping Methods

All items are shipped by way of the United States Postal Service on most items.  However The Sock Man Socks & Shoes reserves the right to use alternate methods of shipping at any time with or without notice. 

You may request an alternate shipping source at the time your order is placed.  Costs for alternate shipping -- ie, UPS, FedEx, U. S. Priority Mail, Over Night Mail will be figured on a case by case bases and will be determined by the items shipped, size & weight of package, and availability of the shipping source.  As a general rule, USPS Overnight usually runs between $20 to $25 for most sock orders.

Please be sure to indicate whether your order is international or not to insure correct calculation of shipping & handling charges.  Orders with less than the required shipping & handling may be held for the remaining shiping & handling due.  (Revised 07/10/08)

1.  Substitutions (Socks):

The Sock Man Socks & Shoes reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions for items that may be unavailable at the time of shipment or it may place the item on back order. If back ordered item is not available within 60 days from shipment of original order, you may request a refund for that item and related shipping & handling charged, continue to wait on the item, request a different comparable item or have the amount including shipping & handling held as credit on your account.

 

2.  Reasonable Wear

In certain circumstances items may be returned with signs of reasonable wear.  Reasonable wear is at the sole discretion of The Sock Man Socks & Shoes and will be determined once item is returned.

 

3.  30 Days or More:

No refunds will be given on items past 30 days from date of shipment unless given special permission from The Sock Man Socks & Shoes in writing by letter or email.
 

4.  Refunds on Shoes:

Refunds on shoes will not be be paid until received by The Sock Man Socks & Shoes.  The Sock Man Socks & Shoes reserves the right to hold refunds to customers pending refund from the respective distributor.
 

5.  Shoes That Do Not Fit:

Shoes that do not fit may not be returned if they show any signs of wear.
 

6.  Shipping & Handling on Reshipped Items

Shipping & Handling Costs on Reshipped Items  is the responsibility of the customer unless item is being reshipped due to the fault of The Sock Man Socks & Shoes.

 

Other Applicable Guidelines Regarding Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

 

Determination on Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit will be at the sole discretion of The Sock Man Socks & Shoes.

The Sock Man Socks & Shoes is not responsible for any loss or expense arising from items that are in question.

No items may be returned for refund prior to contacting The Sock Man Socks & Shoes and receiving first a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#).  This number should be marked on the item to be returned on the exterior just below the return address.  The following information must also be included inside the returned package:  Name, Account & Order Numbers, Address, Phone Number, Email Address and Reason for Returning Item.  Failure to provide required information may slow the refund process and may result in refund being denied.

VIDEOS

Video & Movies may only be returned for the following reasons:  tape broken, cracked, or won't play.  There will be NO REFUNDS on Videos & Movies, REPLACEMENT ONLY with the exact same video or movie. 

The only exception is in the case where an incorrect video or movie is shipped initially.

 

RECONDITIONED SHOES & BOOTS or any OTHER USED ITEMS

Reconditioned Shoes & Boots or any Other Used Items are Sold in As Is Condition and May Not be Returned.
